Update

Haven't done a new post in ages. I didn't even realize it had been so long, but I saw in my email that I had a comment to be moderated, so I came to check it out.

AT & T... oh AT & T. I worked it out with the guy at the corporate office and he credited my account and got the phones back on. Then about 2 weeks ago, a week after i had made the payment, the phones were turned off again. I called them to ask (WHAT THE HELL!). Got "disconnected" twice, before I even had an opportunity to get ugly with them, and finally the lady I talked to said it was mistake because we had a... ZERO BALANCE, since I had JUST PAID MY BILL. Stupid idiots! I am counting down the days until March when my contract with them is OVER! Verizon, here I come!

We made it through 2009, but started 2010 with a tragedy in our family. My sisters' father killed himself. I feel so horrible for my sisters, and I wish that there was something I could do to take this pain away from them. I'd like to grab him by the shoulders and shake him and tell him that nothing, NOTHING is that bad that you have the right to cause such excrutiating pain to the people who love you. I feel so helpless :-(
